Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India is a statutory organisation under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC).      ” The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India is a statutory organisation under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC).             The hazardous wastes generated from the recycling process shall be disposed of as per the HW Rules.      “Hazardous waste” means any waste which by reason of characteristics such as physical, chemical, biological, reactive, toxic, flammable, explosive or corrosive, causes danger or is likely to cause danger to health or environment, whether alone orin contact with other wastes or substances.      
 Tamilnadu pollution control board in complying with the standard operating procedure or other guidelines specified by the Central Pollution Control Board granted Hazardous waste Authorization to  Virogreen India Pvt Ltd for Generation, Collection, Reception, Recycling, Recovery, Storage, Transportation and Disposal to TSDF Gummidipoondi for landfilling.
